He's Just Not That Into You - Greg Behrendt & Liz Tuceillo

Ever experienced a page slap?
This is what I felt when reading 'He's Just Not That Into You'.
With every page turn the authors were able to present situations relatable to everyone.
With lots of humour, they managed to be to the point where anyone reading them would suddenly awake and stop wasting energy on useless one sided relationships.

Here are two page slapping examples from the book:

'Most of the great things to we want in life are intimidating. That's what makes life so darn exciting. Do you really have time for a guy who's afraid of you that he's not even capable of inviting you for coffee?'

'Again, it's never going to be good news if you have to think of your relationship in terms of 'waiting for him.' He's not a stock you're supposed to be investing in. He's a man who's supposed to be emotionally  available enough to talk to you, see you, and perhaps fall madly in love with you. That's why he's on a date with you. And if you want to ask for the absolute minimum, he can at least have the courtesy to be good company.'
