How Would You React If You Saw a Group of Opera Singers Busking in The Streets?

Some of the excuses people use, as to why they do not like Opera, is that they do not like the way of singing. They do not understand the words and the tickets are too expensive anyway.

However, the reality is that audiences would be happy to spend 80 pounds to attend a pop singer's concert or a music festival but will not spend the same amount of money or less to attend an operatic performance in a theater.

So...

How would you react if you saw a group of opera singers busking in the streets?

Would you stop and listen?
Would you just walk by? Why?
Would you recognize the aria or the song?
Would that performance be different to all the buskers you listen to on that day?
Would you approach the artists and ask them questions about the aria, the way of singing or opera in general?
Would that experience make you more open to another genre of music?

The beauty of busking is that you can hear different genres of music just walking on a street.
The magic happens however, when you are open to all genres of music and influences as well as when you are willing to listen, learn and experience something new!

Have a listen to the opera singers busking in the streets of Madrid! :)
