Friendships are Teamwork

Here is the thing about friendships:

• When you fall they pick you up

• When you succeed they cheer you up.

And this goes both ways! 

• When they fall, you pick them up

• When they succeed you cheer them up!

And whilst 'fake friends' will be satisfied with your failure and jealous of your success, always remember...

They do not get it.

• They do not understand that your difficult times lead to your success

• They do not understand that if they are next to you in difficult times, you will want them next to you in times of success. 

• They do not understand that being genuinely and veritably supportive and happy about each other's failures and successes, their light will not dim, but rather shine brighter.

• They do not get that failure and success are always teamwork.

• They do not understand that failure and success are all part of life. 

What matters the most is not how many failures and successes you have in life, but rather how many people are around in these times. 

Failing alone is easy but celebrating alone is the hardest and most painful part of the process!
