Good Always Triumphs Over Evil

Are TV series inspired by real life people or is it just fiction?

These were her thoughts while watching her favourite show online. A show based on the usual battle between good and evil.

The evil character is very rich, sneaky, cold hearted, manipulative, willing to destroy people for his own sake, never apologises, feels entitled for everything and considers other people to be his objects which he can use. He even detests his OWN SON! What kind of person detests his own child? But then again this is just a show and these kinds of people do not really exist in everyday life. Or do they?

On the contrary, the lead character is a work of art:

A true professional who values justice and morals. Smart and charming. The ideal combination. Cold hearted when it comes to facts that do not align with his morals, while at the same time he is caring when it comes to the people he loves. But then again this is just a show and these kinds of people do not really exist in everyday life. Or do they?

She turned off the TV Series and thought of the usual cliché repeated by most women looking for love.

"Those kinds of men (meaning the lead character), only exist in fiction."

"Oh Well..." - she thought while opening the news application on her phone.

She started reading the headlines.

"Murders, Wars, War Crimes, Abductions, Assaults and the list goes on..."

She couldn't read anything more.

Trying to entertain her previous thoughts... she started connecting the dots.

All these headlines are being generated by people that actually do unethical things and harm others. Does that mean that the evil character she watches in her TV Series could actually be a real-life person and not just fiction?

That was a terrifying thought...

Smoothed by the realisation that if there is a possibility of the evil character being a real-life person, so does the good character.

And as the saying goes...

"Good always triumphs over Evil"
