In Seville, Don Giovanni seduces Donna Anna, while Leporello keeps an eye in case someone comes for her rescue. The Commendatore hears his daughter's screams and finds them. He challenges Don Giovanni to a fight. Donna Anna leaves in order to bring Don Ottavio and help her father. Don Giovanni wins the fight, kills the Commendatore and leaves the scene. Donna Anna returns with Don Ottavio but only finds her father dead. She then begs her fiancé to take revenge for the father's death.
While walking away from the place where the fight took place, Don Giovanni and Leporello come across Donna Elvira, a woman that Don Giovanni had married but abandoned. She explained to them that she was looking for him, however, Don Giovanni leaves and asks Leporello to inform Donna Elvira of all his romantic achievements.
While Don Giovanni continues his path, he bumps into Masetto and Zerlina's wedding celebrations. Don Giovanni tries to seduce Zerlina and asks her to follow him to his estate when he is interrupted by Donna Elvira. Simultaneously, Don Ottavio and Donna Anna appear. Don Ottavio asks for his good friend's help in finding Commendatore's murderer, however Don Giovanni does not help him. Donna Anna informs Don Ottavio that her father's murderer is Don Giovanni.
In the meantime, Don Giovanni wants to finish off what he started with Zerlina, therefore asks Leporello to organize a party in his estate, to celebrate Masetto and Zerlina's wedding.
Zerline tries to calm Masetto down since he did not like what happened between her and Don Giovanni. However, they go to Don Giovanni's party where they are joined by Donna Anna, Don Ottavio and Donna Elvira. All three of them wear masks in order to walk in in disguise. While the dancing is going on, Don Giovanni manages to remain alone with Zerlina, when suddenly everyone hears her screaming. Don Giovanni accuses Leporello for Zerlina's screams and asks for his punishment, however, Donna Anna, Don Ottavio and Donna Elvira reveal themselves and inform everyone of Don Giovanni's unethical and criminal actions.
ACT 2
Don Giovanni asks Leporello to change identities so that he can convince Donna Elvira that he is her husband, while he tries to seduce her maid. Donna Elvira believes that Leporello is indeed her husband and they sing together. Masetto finds them and beats Leporello up, believing that he was Don Giovanni. Zerlina tries to calm him down once again.
In the meantime Donna Anna, Don Ottavio arrive at the scene. Donna Anna and Don Ottavio are ready to take revenge by killing Don Giovvani (i.e. Leporello disguised as Don Giovanni), while Donna Elvira asks them not to. Once they realize it is indeed Leporello they let him go.
Both Don Giovanni and Leporello finally meet in the streets where Don Giovanni informs Leporello of his conquest when a voice interrupts him. They turn around to see Commendatore's statue. Then Don Giovanni invites the statue to dinner, to which the statue accepts.
Donna Elvira makes her last try in winning back Don Giovanni, however she was unsuccessful.
Leporello is frightened by the Statue appearing at the dinner. The Commendatore asks Don Giovanni to change his ways or die in hell. Don Giovanni refuses and therefore dies.
Don Ottavio, Donna Anna, Donna Elvira, Zerlina and Masetto enter the estate in order to take their revenge. Leporello tells them the terrifying scene that took place with the Commendatore and therefore announces Don Giovanni's death.
